Pedro Jose Zanoguera Coronado:

I know that the name is a bit long, but please stay with me for just a little bit longer. I was born in the city of Habana, Cuba. And I came to this country because of all the reasons that you may already know. Even thought I have very fond memories of Cuba, the fact that I find myself here in this great country makes me very happy. Music has always been the passion in my life; and I would like to offer you this wonderful gift that is music. Back in Cuba I played rock and roll in various bands even thought this is not a very popular genre in the island, mainly because of the political reasons. Here it’s all different and because of that I will do my best to bring all of you a bit of music and happiness. Once again I want to thank you for taking the time to get to know us.

IN A FEW WORDS:

It’s the language that doesn’t know where you’re from, who we are or where you’re going. We understand everything it says, and if not, at least there is a message. It might be positive, it might be negative but it always travels along with us on our weddings, baptisms, parties, mass and even funerals, showing its many forms but remaining present at all times. Surely this is the most universal of all the languages, created and used by man. Even if the place where it’s created is as diverse as the people that live there, this language shares something in common with all the communities of the world. There are many variables that have influenced the development of this language. Economic, social, political, geographical and even the local climate are responsible for the flavor of this wonderful language. Just incase you are wondering, music is the language.
